City of Fullerton Parking Permits

This is a new Permit System. Everyone must register for a new account.

Once your account has been created, log in using your email address and password.

ROPP Permits: You can select between virtual permits or hangtags. For virtual permits, the license plate number is the permit number. Order maximum is any combination of 5.

Before you begin, have the following scanned and ready to upload:

Residential account: current utility bill

Business account: business license - Bank Institutes do not require a business license. You may upload a business card proving that you are with a bank.

You will create your account but will not order and pay for your permit until the account has been approved.
